I built Rebel Midlife because I was tired of feeling dismissed, unseen, and flat-out confused by what my body was doing — and I knew I wasn’t the only one.
Let’s be real.
I had brain fog that made me forget why I walked into a room.
Joint pain that made me feel 90.
Belly fat that showed up uninvited and refused to leave.
Mood swings that made me question my own sanity.
And periods that decided to come closer together instead of farther apart.
(Because when you hear “menopause,” you assume that means no more periods, right? Yeah. Cute.)
That was my breaking point.
Or maybe my breakthrough.
Because I realized something no one had bothered to tell us:

Meet Kimberly
I’m Kimberly Riggins — midlife coach, writer, and the voice behind Rebel Midlife and the podcast Love Your Naked Ass: The Midlife Rebellion Edition.
Here’s the part most bios skip: I didn’t stumble into wellness during midlife — I came home to it.
I started in health and wellness at 19, long before hormone charts and strength training were trending on Instagram. Then in 2013, I did what a lot of women do: I went corporate. I spent years in digital marketing, building decks, chasing KPIs, and quietly ignoring the part of me that missed the work that actually made women feel alive.
I’m still in corporate America (against my will, if we’re being honest), but midlife cracked everything open.
Now my work lives at the intersection of hormones, strength, truth-telling, and rebellion. I help women over 40 stop shrinking, stop apologizing, and start choosing themselves — without restriction, shame, or pretending this phase is “fine.”
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to remind you who you were before the world told you to be quieter.
I believe midlife isn’t a crisis — it’s a calling.
And I’m here to help you answer it loudly, powerfully, and fully in your body.
